The American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) honored the Skinmatters Mohs and Reconstruction Unit by inviting Dr Pieter du Plessis to be a keynote speaker at the 2022 Annual Meeting held in Denver, Colorado.
In an addition to enlightening the knowledgeable attendees of the meeting, the largest dermatologic surgery society in the world, on facts about teamwork in nature in the African bush, Dr du Plessis presented on the journey and being part of establishing the SkinMatters Mohs and Reconstruction Unit in South Africa, and the successes and challenges that were encountered.
